THE HEART OF WORSHIP

The Du'a gives the possible courage, esteem and affirmation to carry on. It offers the moral determination needed to go about days, regardless of chances or happenings. It provides a complete sense of trustful security that everything will be sufficient, so long as the Supreme Lord governs the affairs and directs them accordingly.

But whenever I decline this connection, I find myself scared of outcomes, living days devoid of meaning, diminishing in confidence that reflects in self-worth and integrity. I think this is what constant prayer does to a person. Then once the intellectual individual realises this, there is no meaningful existence without the power of true supplication. Then how can one ever leave off the greatness of Du'a?
