SOMETHING TO LIVE BY

In as much as it is hard to come to terms with, some of life's sufferings are unknowingly self-inflicted, particularly when we constantly choose to hold unto every little inconvenience, every single slight flicker that brushes our paths.
I think a brighter willing part of us should be able to create settlements, find useful approaches, and grow gentleness towards the rawness of sensitivities that tenderly reside within most of us. This can be achieved by either declining back on worldly expectations, especially our very own perspectives, assumptions, and flawed control of how and why certain things should and shouldn't be the way they ought to, or by simple ways of living, witnessing numerous stretched-out comforting gratitudes that keep unfolding before us. Only then can we become undoubtedly freer, more open, milder, and complacent to our most meaningful experiences. As well as the joys of freedom, with the will to shoulder the very least baggage or heaviness needed to traverse this demanding journey of life.
