DIGNIFIED COMPOSURE

I sit closely with my heart attentively.
I recognise the extensive need for compassion, generosity, emotional understanding, and accessible tolerance in relationships, especially with our close ones. People most deserving of our kindest nature, our beautiful dispositions, and our sincerest encounters. Everyone is wounded and going through something, at least best known to them. The very worst we can do is make their pain deeper by blindly projecting our vulnerabilities or wildest insecurities towards them. I learn that anger stirs up countless unbearable, dense emotions. Slowly shatters and breaks off meaningful bonds as days pass. Leaves nothing but bitter resentments with heavy ill feelings. But when we learn to consciously contain our rage and harness the appropriate skills, with the emotional intelligence needed to seek a rather appropriate sound outlet, ways that allow us to mindfully interact with our deepest feelings, we walk past them with graceful maturity, greater awareness, and finer wisdom.
